A Law Firm You Can Count On

Firm Overview

Many lawyers have experience in trying cases and handling clients. Only a person who has been through what you're experiencing can truly understand the client's side of their legal dilemma. At Doggette Law Firm, we've been where you are, having seen the legal system from both sides as an attorney and a client. Whether you're going through a divorce or are interested in representing yourself in court, we can assist you.

Jackson M. Doggette Jr.

We understand that your time is an invaluable resource. That's why we employ the latest in technology to help us communicate, so you always know what's happening with your case. In addition, if you can't be with us in our offices, we can schedule a video chat appointment so that you can speak to us from wherever you may be. Our utilization of technological advances allows us to be a paperless office, so we are a green business and better for the environment.

Finances can be a concern for any client no matter their resources. With that in mind, we provide a flat fee rate when possible. You won't be held hostage to billing by the hour with no cap on charges.

If you are in need of a compassionate, aggressive lawyer in Washington, DC, or the State of Florida, turn to the Doggette Law Firm today. We are headed by Attorney Jackson Doggette, who has more than 20 years of experience providing effective legal services to clients.

"It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that's all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better."
- John Ruskin
